Well today i went on a bit of an information search. Recently i bought an oem copy of windows XP home edition. Now than i am am almost completely done with building my computer i have found that you may not transfer a windows xp license to a new computer unless it is a retail version. So in other words microsoft wants me to go out and buy another copy of windows XP for $100 or $200. I think that monopolys like microsoft are wrong. It cost microsoft all of 1 cent to make a cd with windows xp on it and than they sell it for $100-$200. Than you buy it and they only let you put it on one computer! GRRRRRR..... |

Well school is coming and i am starting to come ot of my denial of it. But on a better subject, my hard drive came today! Yeah! Its 120GB which will be a big improvement from my laptops 10GB hard drive, which i can't store anything on at all. All the thanks goes to Dan who suggested the hard drive to me. I also ordered my CPU which i expect any day now also. The only problem is that at the last minute i had to switch to a worse CPU cuase i discovered that my motherboard doesn't support presscott cpu's. DARNIT! All i have left to buy is the RAM, cd drive, and the video card. I may not need to get my video card right away though since my computer does have onboard video. I won't have any trouble paying for those parts but i still have the problem of a monitor to deal with. I will probably just get my moms old monitor fixed, which isn't the best monitor, until i can afford a better one! Ohh well i will deal! |

Well as most of you know the schedules came. I really don't have that many people that i know in any of my classes (or at least the ones that i have talked to). Well with the coming of the scheduless, it is offical, school is almost here. AHHHHHHHHHH! I am already stressing about it, i mean i normally stress a little, but for some reason this year i am stressing alot cause i have blocked out anything that has the slightest relationship to it! Ohh well i can't stop it. The only clases that i might be able to survive is computer programming. I tried to get into it last yeat but it was all filled up, but this year i got into it. That should be some what interesting. Plus my math teacher from last year is teaching the class and he is hilarious (mr.Farrelly). |

I hung out with john, dan, and katie today. It was the bomb! We played a car game on the Xbox and everyone beat me! Than we took out a bunch of nerf guns and set up bases and crap in the dark and had and all out war! It was amazing! Johns sister was trying to sell a cardboard box to us, for our base, for 20 bucks! Well anyways i am still in the middle of building my computer and i am not looking forward to school what so ever (who is?)! |

HONEY, i'm home! Vacation was great, fun to get away from boring old NY! Well now i am home and coming to the realization that school is coming! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! ITS COMING! I CAN'T STOP IT!
Well anyways i am going to the Great Escape tommorow, which would be horribly boring any other time except my man, ADOM, is coming! So it will be all good! |

I AM IN KANSAS!(which i offically can't type) It's so fun here! There are like tornados everyother day, even though there hasn't been one here yet. (keyword YET) Well i am too excited to sit here and type about it i, guess i will just have to write an entry about it when i get home! |

Well today i hung out with the adam man. We went up to jis farm, painted, ate burgers and dounuts, threw black berries and rocks at eachother (mostly me throwing them at him and him trying to sleep).
Anyways, yesterday my computer case and motherboard came and they are so feaking sweet! I still need to order some more parts but i don't think i am going to be able to until after we get back from Kansas. Ohh yeah, I am just starting to realize that i am going to Kansas to vistit the family on this friday. Its going to be a long, long, long, long, long....LONG car ride, with my little brother, sister, and step sister, as well as my parents. It like a 25 hour car ride or something, but last time we went up i enjoyed the car ride a lot cause you get to see so many cool things on the way, like the arch in St.Louis. Its also cheaper, much cheaper. Anyways that should be fun. |

Well this morning i woke up and set up my computer and went on the internet to find out that my case and motherboard are coming today! OHH JOY! Well ever since i found that out the day seems to have been going by extremely slow.
My dad wanted me to try and find out what parts my sisters computer needs to make it faster. So i was here alone at my house taking apart my sis's computer. I took it apart into a million pieces, and searched the internet for new parts, only to find it wasn't cost effective or efficent to buy new part for this hunk of junk. THey i reasembled the computer, but i couldn't get the RAM module back in. So I tried to start the computer and of course it wouldn't start. So i turned the RAM every which way and finally out of frustration got it in there. Then i tried to start the computer and it wouldn't. I thought to myself ohhh SHIT i must have put that magnetic screw driver on top of the power supply and fried it! Only to my shock after a thousand try's did it finally turn on and i leaped for joy screaming, by myself in my house alone... |

We lost to the Bronx so now we were eliminated. They were a great team though, actually they won the world series last year! Ohh well we'll just have to beat them next year, but for now will just have to enjoy the rest of my summer.

Well my boredom caught up with me and I discovered this wierd show on the sci fi channel called Rosewell. Its really wierd, but i have nothing better to do. I also forgot to say that our team IS going to regionals, becuase in a past entry i said that we might be going but it is definate now! My package still hasn't come but i am hoping it will come today! If it does i am sure there will be another entry posted today! |
